“Reclaiming the City” operation hits Old Market

The Reclaiming the City programme cracked down on the Old Market in the Bloemfontein CBD on Thursday, June 27. The four hour operation was aimed at enforcing by-laws in the area and closing down buildings which are non-compliant. The aim of the programme is to reclaim the City from lawlessness by ensuring that those who do businesses in Mangaung comply with the rules and regulations that are in place.
