City gives Small Businesses a Boost

In an article (Issue 23 of June 2019) published last week, the News Update team erroneously said MMC Mafa Nkhabu is responsible for Economic Development on a caption. Cllr. Nkhabu is actually responsible for SMME Development, whilst Cllr. Vuyelwa Jonas is the MMC responsible for Economic Development. The Communications Unit apologises for the confusion this may have caused.

As part of creating organic economic hubs and growing township economy, Mangaung Metro has joined forces with the Department of Economic, Small business development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs and Letsatsi Power Project to build a macro retail facility for small businesses in Namibia.
