Tracing the Ashes of Bram Fischer

“The glaring injustice is there for all who are not blinded by prejudice to see”, Bram Fischer proclaimed.

Fellow countrymen, I must confess; tonight I am not here for your comfort, I have taken off the rainbow coloured glasses. This rainbow coloured glasses made me to see equality of humankind where there is none. Though blinded by this rainbow, my ears hear the wailing and the roar of the poor masses. My skin touches the raw dry hide (skin) of the silent …

Rainbow nation is a camouflage of the absence of social cohesion, lack of respect for human dignity and disregard for ethnical and cultural diversity. It is a myth to be demystified, and a future to be aspired for.

Somebody once said “We were all humans until race disconnected us, religion separated us, politics divided us and wealth classified us”.
