According to section 127 (5) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, (Act no 56 of 2003) and section21A of the Local Government: Municipal System Act, (Act No 32 of 2000). Notice is hereby given that the 2012/13 Annual Performance Report for the Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality was adopted by the Council on the 5th of March 2014.
