This report sets out performance against the Integrated Development Plan (IDP) and Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP) for the 1st quarter period of 2013/14 financial year, i.e. 01 July to Sept 30, 2013. Performance is accounted based on the delivery of projects and/or services in the IDP and SDBIP for which the Mangaung Council is responsible. The Service delivery budget implementation plan (SDBIP) for 2013/14 identifies 255 performance measures with key projects and/or services that need to be implemented during the financial year.

4. Select public recipients
5. Search MANGAUNG METRO then press enter
6. MANGAUNG METRO MUNICIPALITY will appear as a BENEFICIARY
7. Type MANGAUNG METRO on the NAME
8. Type MANGAUNG METRO on own ref then…
9. Type your 10 digit municipal account number on recipient ref
10. Then make and complete the payment
