Where there’s a Will, there’s a Way

Some families find themselves in a tug-of-war after the passing of a loved one; especially if the de-ceased had no will in place to carry out their final wishes. In a bid to empower and encourage employees to secure the future of their families, the Mangaung Metro Legal Services Unit partnered with various stakeholders in the legal fraternity such as the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development, National Association of Democratic Lawyers, Legal Aid and South African Women Legal Association (SAWL) to host the second edition of National Wills Week.
