Urgent Notice: BLOEMWATER Winter Maintenance (36 Hours)

Residents are advised that this is not a severe or total water shutdown.

The maintenance programme is only focused in Bloemfontein.  Water supply will only affect about 16% of the total supply in the city (this means not every area of Bloemfontein will be affected, especially the northern parts of the city).  Residents are advised that this is not a severe or total water shutdown.

The interruptions will take place as follows:

Date: 31 August 2016 – 01 September 2016
Time: 00H00 – 12H00 (36 hours)

We anticipate that maintenance might take even less than 36 hours.  We will be interacting with our service provider (BLOEMWATER) to monitor progress, and will from time to time update residents on the status of water supply.  Mangaung Metro would like to apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.
