Notice: Application forms for middle to high income sites in Botshabelo available

Notice is hereby given by the Mangaung Metro Municipality’s Human Settlements and Housing department that application forms for Middle to high income sites are available at the Human Settlements office (Botshabelo Regional office). Applicants are advised to come with the following documentation:

• Certified copy of ID of the applicant
• Certified copy of ID of the spouse
• Proof of income

NB: This notice does affect people who are on our waiting list for allocation of low costs sites (R0 – R3500) but only relate to middle to high income sites that are going to be alienated in terms of the prescripts of MFMA. These sites are situated in section H Botshabelo. Prospective applicants are also advised that the total number of sites is only 107 and qualification criteria as well as first come first serve basis will be applied.
