In terms of Municipal Finance Management Act, No 56 of 2003 and Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000, municipalities must prepare Annual Reports for each financial year. The Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality approved its Oversight Report on Annual Report 2012/2013 at its Council meeting held on Thursday 12, June 2014. This is part of the ongoing commitment to continuously report back to our citizens, stakeholders and organizations on the municipal performance during 2012/2013 financial year.

I wish to notify the community and stakeholders that the tabled Oversight Report on Annual Report 2012/2013 is available at all Municipal Offices and Community Libraries during normal office hours on weekdays, from Friday 20, June 2014 and on the official municipal website www.mangaung.co.za.  Copies of the documents will be made available on request in the Office of the City Manager, Room 213b or by Phoning Mr Lebohang Pita on (051 405 8874), email lebohang.pita@mangaung.co.za
